Powerfully move.

We begin with my signature mandala vinyasa practice — a creative, flowing sequence moving 360 degrees around the mat.

Expect strong, intentional movement, playful transitions and opportunities to explore your practice in every direction. Suitable for all levels, with modifications offered throughout and optional intermediate and advanced variations for those wishing to explore them.

Brave the cold.
And enjoy the heat.

From there, we shift into contrast ritual — a rooftop sauna and cold plunge with views of the city — allowing the body to reset, circulation to boost and the nervous system to recalibrate.

Soften completely.

The afternoon unfolds into a deeply restorative yoga session, where you’ll be guided into long-held, supported shapes using bolsters, blocks and props. During this practice, you’ll have the option to receive a soothing head massage to melt residual tension.

Rest deeply.

Then as the light softens and the day draws to a close, you’ll be guided into a deeply supported rest with a guided Yoga Nidra practice led by the wonderful Chloe Tucker.

Yoga Nidra gently guides you into a state between wakefulness and sleep, helping to quiet the mind, settle the nervous system and integrate the experiences of the day.

Who this retreat is for...

Whilst this day is open to all levels, please note the morning mandala vinyasa will be strong, creative and energising. While options and modifications will be offered throughout, the sequencing may include occasional intermediate and more advanced postures.

You are always encouraged to move in a way that feels right for your body.

You might love this retreat if you:

  • Enjoy dynamic, flowing yoga

  • Are comfortable in a faster-paced class

  • Like being offered playful challenges (with the freedom to opt out)

  • Want to balance strength with deep restoration

  • Are curious about sauna, cold plunge and yoga nidra

  • Are craving a full nervous system reset

You do not need to be “advanced” — but some familiarity with vinyasa-style yoga will help you feel confident in the morning session.

The afternoon restorative practice and yoga nidra are suitable for absolutely everyone.

Please note, due to the inclusion of the sauna and cold plunge experience, this retreat is not suitable for anyone who is pregnant, has epilepsy or has recently broken any bones (in the last 3 months).

Coming on your own?

Please don't let that put you off. In fact, the majority of people who attend my retreats come by themselves! It's a wonderfully welcoming and supportive environment, and by the end of the day you'll have shared movement, conversation and moments of rest together. Many people leave not only feeling more connected to themselves, but having made some lovely new friends too.
