Cancellation Policy
Mobile massage appointments only bookable if client's location is within 1 hour drivetime of Hethersett. Please note an additional £10 'call-out' fee will be charged if client's location is over 30 mins drivetime from Hethersett. Only one 'call-out' fee is required per visit to a client's location, so if multiple treatments are booked in one visit, only one fee is payable. To cancel or reschedule your massage, please contact Rowan 24 hours prior to the booked treatment. If less notice than this is provided note a fee of 25% may be applied. If booking using a treatment plan, note that you may lose a treatment.
