Alongside weekly classes, I also host a variety of workshops and mini retreats throughout the year — offering opportunities to deepen your practice, slow down, get creative, and reconnect with yourself in a supportive community setting.
Whether you’re looking to challenge yourself with something new, unwind with mindful movement, or simply carve out a little intentional time for yourself, these events are designed to leave you feeling grounded, inspired, and restored.
All events are hosted in collaboration with CALM Studio, with bookings made directly through their website.
INVERSIONS & ARM BALANCES
Sunday 31st May, 4-6pm. CALM, Wymondham
Ready to turn your world upside down?
This playful and empowering workshop is designed to help you build the strength, awareness, and confidence needed to explore inversions and arm balances with more ease and understanding.
We’ll begin with a short, energising yoga flow to warm the body before breaking down the foundations of headstand — learning how to stack, stabilise, and find a sense of lightness upside down. We'll then progress to play with transitions and arm balances.
This workshop isn’t about perfection — it’s about curiosity, experimentation, and discovering what’s possible when you give yourself permission to play.
Perfect for students with some yoga experience who feel ready to explore going upside down in a safe, supportive environment.



SUMMER RESET MINI RETREAT
Sunday 12th July, 4-6pm. CALM, Wymondham
A gentle pause to reflect, reset, and step into summer feeling grounded and inspired.
Join us for a soul-nourishing two-hour retreat designed to warm both body and mind as we move into the second half of 2026.
You’ll begin with a one-hour, summer-inspired yoga practice — an uplifting flow designed to energise the body, calm the mind, and help you reconnect with yourself.
After class, you’ll be invited to relax with chilled drinks and delicious snacks before easing into a creative and reflective workshop experience. Choose between:

Together, we’ll reflect on the first half of 2026, reconnect with what matters most, and set intentions for the months ahead.
